You acknowledge that these terms of exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We do not undertake alterations for outfits. For any exchange of sizes, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, it would take us 10-15 days to exchange the size, from the date of when we receive the garment. Also kindly note only our latest collection will be exchanged for size. If the garment is specially made to order or from dated collection, we wouldn’t be accepting any exchange. To exchange an item, the customer must write to us at reachus@pinnacleshruti.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Within India

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit only exchanges within 10 business days of receiving the package but only in case of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.

  • Size Mis-match
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on reachus@pinnacleshruti.com, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. In case of above exchanges, the money will issued to you in the form of a voucher code with a validity of 2 months.

Outside India

We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to exchange are as follows:-
Our exchange policy is however subject to the following:
  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and would be sent back to the customer.
  • Outfits should be tried on without removing the tag.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • All custom made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Once an order has been placed there shall be no refund done, credit notes will be provided.
  • In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR GOODS

Step 1

You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on reachus@pinnacleshruti.com or call us on +91 8411094517. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return

Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:

Step 4

Please email us on reachus@pinnacleshruti.com to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.

Step 5

Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Please write to reachus@pinnacleshruti.com for any cancellation queries.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at +91 8411094517 from Monday to Friday between 10 AM- 6 PM. You may also send an email on reachus@pinnacleshruti.com

Please be advised that we shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
Also some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
No refunds are entertained however, store credit will be provided into your shopping account against the cancellation of an order.
