At Shruti Sancheti, each piece is handcrafted and made to order, created specially for you. Because of the nature of our production process, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds, once an order has been placed.

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
We kindly request customers to review product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Alterations

If minor alterations are required, we are happy to assist where feasible.

Alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Shipping costs for alterations (to and fro) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

All products are custom-made and handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, or finish are a natural part of the process and not considered defects.
